Daily: $100
Weekly: $600

All Rentals - add 6.9% tax

VACATION RENTAL POLICIES

Check in: 3:00 pm 
Check out: 11:00 am.
Required stay: 3 nights.
Cancellations over 30 days: Deposit will be returned minus $50. Cancellations less than 30 days: No refund unless cabin is re-rented. Deposits: Any damages will be charged to your credit card.
50% of pre-tax total is required at time of reservation to hold dates. Remainder is due at check in, payable by credit card.
Smoking: Outdoors only.
Pets allowed on a case by case basis – please contact or call us about your pet. A $25 cleaning fee is charged for pets.
The cabin sleeps six – 2 queen beds and a fold-out sofa.
